On Point Plumbing completed the plumbing installation for Recipe Philly, a unique 175-seat restaurant in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. Built around the recipes and culinary traditions of local home cooks, Recipe Philly combines a one-of-a-kind dining experience with an innovative approach to commercial kitchen design.
A standout feature of the project is its environmentally conscious, all-electric kitchen, incorporating advanced grease management, specialized filtration, and water-efficient cleaning technology. The design eliminates the need for traditional exhaust hoods while prioritizing improved indoor air quality, workplace safety, and reduced environmental impact.
